Job Application

• Customer service is an absolute must.  We want to make you customers feel as welcome as possible, you will need to greet them when they walk in and offer help if needed. 
• Must be able to check customers out via our system. You must also know how to handle exchanges and returns.
• Offering your opinion on new inventory, new trends, etc. We like our workers to become involved in picking out new items for our store.
• Have correct information regarding sales and store policies

Social Media: 

• Must be comfortable posting stories on Instagram, tik-tok videos, pictures on Facebook, etc.
• Must post on all social media platforms daily. 
• Must promote sales and new inventory on your personal page as well 
• Must be able to respond to comments on posts throughout the day

Floor Managment: 

• Make sure speaker, wax warmer and open sign are all turned on when opening
• Do a quick sweep first thing to make sure there is nothing out of place, if things need to be re folded or moved, do that as well
• When closing sweep, the store and pickup anything on the floor
• Make sure everything is in the proper place and the store is ready to open the next day
